Fitness Latin Dance

Fitness Latin Dance is a form of aerobic exercise through dance. We can learn to dance, get in shape, and get into the Latin spirit in an easy and fun way.

We will use music and movements from Latin dances such as: salsa, bachata, rumba, conga, reggaetón, samba, mambo, chachachá, cumbia, etc., as well as localized fitness exercises. The class is suitable for everyone and does not require prior dance experience.
