Afro Cuban Dances
The Orishas dances are a part of the Afro-Cuban Folklore dances. For many Cubans Orishas are much more than just a dance, it’s a religion and a culture.

Son Cubano – For Experienced Dancers
In these workshops, we will buff our repertoire of Son Cubano touching each time different topics that will allow you to shine in your dance: figures, musicality, tornillos/planchas.

Lady Style Workshops

Nowadays many dancers prefer to dance with a simple structure and more focus on styling, connection, and a deeper understanding of the music. Originally Timba was denoting the Cuban Salsa music, but today many say “I dance Timba”

Body Movement and Isolation Course
True dancing comes through expression, and expression is fully possible only when the body becomes your instrument to play with. This course will deal exactly with that – with our body as our instrument for dancing. What parts can be moved? In which ways can we move these parts? How can we make the movement clean and expressive?
